At Hat Club, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly and meets your style standards. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your hats in their original box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
