How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head about half an inch above your ears. Refer to our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page to match your measurement to our specific brand sizing.
What is your return policy for limited edition drops?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, due to high demand, limited edition 'drops' must be returned in unworn, pristine condition with all original stickers and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
While we carry core classics year-round, many of our custom colorways and collaboration hats are limited runs. Once they sell out, they are rarely restocked to maintain their exclusivity.
How should I clean and maintain my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid submerging your hat in water or using a washing machine, as this can ruin the structure of the crown and the integrity of the brim.
